ADATA has also shown their DDR4 memory with The Capacity of 8GBPS and 16GBPS @2133Mhz, timing CL15 and standard voltage is 1.2volt which is less than DDR3 RAM.
Actually, these are R-DIMM RAM's which is used on the server PC's.
The Intel's Next Generation platform Haswell-E will support DDR4 RAM.
